Workshop Notebook

Where the notebook is located, on paper and on a map

The notebook is written from Buenos Aires, and the contact address is a postal one: Av. Corrientes 1386, Floor 8, Office 802, Edificio Tornquist, C1043. It is not a workshop open to the public or a drop-off point, so there are no visiting hours or walk-in service. If you want to send a question about an entry, a correction, or a topic suggestion, the email and phone number below are the real channels.

About the map

The view shows the surroundings of the postal address. It does not imply a street-level premises, an enabled entrance, or private parking: it is only a geographic reference to locate the area.

If your message is about a specific entry, it is helpful to clarify which trade it concerns (light carpentry, basic electricity, bicycle maintenance, or small welding jobs) and at which step you had the doubt. That way the answer can get to the point and not remain in generalities.

Write to me about the notebook

If something in an entry doesn't add up for you, if you find an error in the measurements, or if you want to suggest a topic, this form is the direct route. It also works if you tried something similar in your own workshop and want to share it.

  • Questions about light carpentry, basic electricity, bicycle maintenance, or soft soldering.
  • Corrections to an entry: measurements, materials, or steps that don't match what you see in the photos.
  • Topic suggestions for upcoming notebook posts.
  • Your own workshop experiences that are worth adding to the conversation.

Submitting only confirms technical receipt by the form processor. It does not create an account, does not generate a subscription, and does not reserve anything. I also don't promise a response within a set time or confirmation by email. If you prefer to write directly, the reference inbox is info@mischiealexandru.com. Avoid sending sensitive data or large files.

When you submit, the form goes to the technical confirmation page.

Before writing to me: preparing your message

If you are going to send me a question about a post in the notebook, a few minutes of preparation help the conversation start well. It is not a formality: it is also about getting myself organized so I can read you carefully.

Tell me what you are working on

You do not need a full report, but I do need to know whether it is light carpentry, an outlet, bike changes, or soft soldering. With that I can already place the context and avoid asking you the same thing twice.

Measurements and materials, if you have them on hand

When the topic is a bench, a chair, or a pipe, measurements help more than any long description. If you have not measured yet, say so and we will continue anyway: you do not have to have everything figured out before writing.

What happened and what you expected

If something went wrong, tell me the step where it got complicated. If something worked differently from what the post said, I am interested in that too: that way I can correct the note or add a warning that helps the next person.

Photos of the place or the part

One overall photo and one of the detail usually clarify more than a paragraph. Send only what is necessary and avoid heavy files: you do not need video or an entire folder to understand the problem.

What you want to achieve

Tell me if you're looking for an opinion, a correction to the post, a topic suggestion, or simply to share your experience. Each one reads differently and helps me respond with focus.

What to avoid in the message

Don't send sensitive data, personal documents, or files you can't share. There's also no need to detail the exact address of your home: the area or the type of construction is enough to guide the response.

This form is for questions, corrections, and suggestions about the notebook entries. Submitting only confirms technical receipt by the form processor: it doesn't create an account, subscription, or reservation, and I don't promise a response within a set timeframe. If you'd rather write directly, the reference email is info@mischiealexandru.com.
